This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for appointments booked with Birnie Ear Care.
 

1. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely online via third-party providers used by Wix.
     

2. Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Appointment

  • If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
     

3. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a £20 cancellation charge will apply.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Example:
If you paid £75 and cancel within 48 hours, £20 will be retained and £55 refunded.
 

4. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

  • If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, this will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • A £20 charge will apply, with the remaining balance refunded.
     

5. Cancellations by Birnie Ear Care

  • In the unlikely event that Birnie Ear Care needs to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
       

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Birnie Ear Care is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
     

7. How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please use:

  • The booking confirmation email, or

  • Contact Birnie Ear Care directly using the details provided on the website.
