1. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Appointment

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a £20 cancellation charge will apply.

The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Example:
If you paid £75 and cancel within 48 hours, £20 will be retained and £55 refunded.
4. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, this will be treated as a late cancellation.

A £20 charge will apply, with the remaining balance refunded.
5. Cancellations by Birnie Ear Care

In the unlikely event that Birnie Ear Care needs to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
